RARO Coaches Code of Conduct

            1.)        I will not leave my players unsupervised before or after practice.

            2.)        I will not curse or use abusive language at any RARO sponsored events.

3.)        I will not admonish another team’s player even if the player is unsportsmanlike.  I will contact a RARO official immediately.

4.)        I will not stress winning over:  skill development, good sportsmanship, having fun.

            5.)        I will approach officials professionally and respectfully.

            6.)        I will not use derogatory comments to any of my players.

            7.)        I will adhere to RARO’S mandatory playing guidelines.

8.)        I will practice or play only players who have been assigned to my team by RARO.

9.)        I will do my part to help control crowd behavior by being an exemplary coach.

10.)        I have never committed or been convicted of any acts of violence domestically or against any child.
